Dr. Todd purchased Glenwood Veterinary Clinic in 2005 and relocated it to its present location in June 2009. Following the opening of the new state of the art facility the name was changed to Mount Berry Animal Hospital to better reflect its location. Prior to coming to Rome, Dr. Todd worked as an associate veterinarian from 2001 to 2005 at Conyers Animal Hospital in Conyers Georgia. Before becoming a veterinarian, Dr. Todd did human medical research in the areas of breast cancer and hypertension. He also taught human physiology at Marshall University School of Nursing and Cellular and Molecular Biology at Marshall Unversity. In his free time Dr. Todd assisits The Sterile Feral rescue group and helps with rabies vaccine clinics at the Floyd County Animal Control. Dr. Todd currently resides in Rome with his wife Donna and 3 cats and 1 dog. His favorite hobby is working with salt water reef fish and coral and he is an avid fan of theatre.

Dr. Jessie Collins received her Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in 2003, graduating Summa cum laude. She went on to earn her doctorate degree in veterinary medicine with honors from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. During her time at Auburn, she met her husband, Jeremy Collins, who is also a veterinarian. They married in October 2005. Upon graduation, they moved to Summerville, GA where they currently reside on their twenty-three acre farm. In her time away from Mount Berry Animal Hospital, Dr. Collins and her husband direct a non-profit organization called Three Circles Foundation. The foundation is a year-round once monthly Christian day camp that provides mentorship and teaches life skills to fostered and “at-risk” boys.
