Dr. Branville and her staff are AMAZING!! I was not a regular client (but will be now!) they helped my dog Rudy one late evening when they were about to close. My regular vet wouldn’t help cause it was close to their closing time. But Mount Betty Vet went above and beyond and got my boy Rudy the surgery he needed. I’m forever thankful to them.

They just worked me in, skyler just came out of another one! He had 3 yesterday and just came out of another. I hope they can help! No care credit here! Cash only for my baby!

A dog was loose behind this clinic in the road, clearly someone pet. I went to ask the workers if they were missing a dog or if one had gotten loose but before I could finish the sentence I was cut off with a 'No'. I stayed outside trying to keep the dog from the highway and contact animal control. 30 minutes later two workers come out, an old balding man and a woman. They call the dog by name and don't say anthing to me like I'm invisible, they just take it inside and shut the door. I would not trust my pets with these rude unsafe people.

The receptionists have always been very cold and rude. Specifically Marianne. I found a new vet here in town because of this, we only keep him on standby in case our vet is out of something. I did have a good experience with one of the vets though I forget her name. However, it does not surpass the negative experiences encountered every time with the front desk. We won't be back.

Passing through town with my sick dog. I called 2 hours before their closing for the weekend and they saw us, treating my dog with all the compassion they advertise. A very warm and caring group of people. I could not ask for more. So thankful.

GOD directed us toTodd and his Staff . They literally saved our Harper Alex "s life. We have had many wonderful pets and vets . Dr Todd and staff are in our opinion are at the top of our list. Please do not hesitate to put your fur babies in their care. GOD bless Dr. Todd and mtn berry animal clinic staff.

We have been using Dr. Todd for over 20 years with different pets. He is always compassionate and explains everything we need to know. The staff is wonderful there, to the front desk and in the back area. Kind pleasant worker's. Dr. Todd did two surgeries for our Jack Russell, Jenna. She was attacked by a deer and cut open on the back. They nursed her back to where she in good health to run and play again. Back in August we saw Dr. Granville, she is just as pleasant and compassionate too! She did blood work on Jenna and found she was in kidney failure. She quickly started medicine and new diet for Jenna. She showed improved for many months. Jenna was 16 years old and started to decline with arthritis and kidney disease, we decided to let her be put to sleep. It was a tough decision but Dr. Granville was so understanding of the pain I felt that day. The staff were as also so sweet. I don’t plan on another pet in our future but I would highly recommend this veterinary to everyone looking for great doctors and staff. Thank you all for the care of Jenna and previous pets. Also, your sympathy card we received today really touch our heart!❤️ Thank you!

My cats are my children and easily a place i trust for my cats care. Struggling to get my cat in the carrier I called up here and told them I may be late due to this struggle they were sweet kind and understanding. I broke down in tears and the vet tech assisting comforted me and then I met Dr. G. I ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS AMAZING DR !!! she took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. She gave me so many options and so much information! I am so grateful to this place for taking care of my babies

In my opinion, this is the best place in Rome to take your pet. My dog has been to a few other veterinarians in town before finding Mount Berry and I never had the same positive experiences. The staff at this vet truly cares about your pet and takes the time to talk with you and address concerns. I have even spent time in the phone with the receptionist asking for next steps and she patiently offered her suggestions and made an appointment for check in. My dog actually runs to their door, because he knows he’s going to get pets, treats, and compassion from each and every single person working there. Y’all are beautiful humans doing tough work and you are very much appreciated by your clients and their guardians 💜 10/10

370.00 for a cat neuter. Stay keeping your rich customers and looking at the ever growing population of cats in the disenfranchised areas. If you are broke, do not go here. This is only proof that the vets are greedy. Medical cost for a human is far less in comparison if you have followed the law and put your self on the public family planning stuff. Vets are stingy because there are no federal agencies to actually help cover the costs. Why? Because animals are lower than humans, but as time has continued and we listen to everyone’s story there’s something in common most of the time. They had a pet to really help the person work through their emotions. Pet insurance is dumb and everyone knows it’s a scam. Insurance has always been a scam. We don’t have people actually putting work into society. Instead the receptionist and everyone would rather pay attention to you because you HAVE MONEY. There is nothing genuine about animal care now.
